Senior Business Analyst

Job Purpose

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Technology PMO team. In this role, you will help bridge the gap between our BFL technology platform and line of businesses by designing and orchestrating complex automated workflows for our Apps & Web Platform. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong technical foundation who understands that true integration goes beyond point-to-point data exchange and requires deep expertise in end-to-end workflow automation. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to take ownership of product features from discovery through delivery and then support.

Duties And Responsibilities

•  Collaborate with Center of excellence team to define and execute the product roadmap for core platform integrations, APIs, and business workflows.
•  Design, document, and optimize end-to-end integration workflows that automate complex business processes and ensure seamless data orchestration across multiple platforms.
•  Translate business needs and business requirements into clear, actionable technical user stories, workflow diagrams, and product specifications.
•  Partner with engineering teams in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery of integration features and automated workflows.
•  Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics to measure the up-time of launched integrations and identify areas for workflow optimization.
  
  

Required Qualifications And Experience

•  Minimum 3–4 years of career experience, with hands-on Mobile Apps & Web Platform (PO/PM) or technical business analysis experience in technology products.
•  Experience over workflows is a must. You must have a proven track record of designing, mapping, and managing complex automated workflows, state machines, or business logic, rather than just simple data transfers.
•  Solid product sense with the ability to identify core user problems and collaborate on effective, workflow-driven solutions.
•  Working knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and the ability to communicate technical requirements effectively to engineering teams.
•  Familiarity with defining and launching APIs and software integrations. Must possess a foundational understanding of core API concepts (e.g., REST/GraphQL, authentication/authorization, versioning, error handling, and rate limiting) and Database like SQL or Postgres
•  A keen interest in emerging technologies and a readiness to adopt an AI-first mindset to explore how AI can improve efficiency and unlock new customer value within automated workflows.
•  Ability to work closely with engineering and architecture teams; comfortable reading API documentation, reviewing system designs, and understanding technical tradeoffs regarding performance and cost.
•  Adaptability to navigate ambiguity and facilitate alignment during complex, cross-functional discussions.
•  Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and directness in both technical and business contexts.
•  Demonstrated experience participating in at least one software integration or workflow automation project from the discovery phase through to delivery and measurement.
