We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong ability to analyze processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project specifications and requirements documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, process maps, and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and validate requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
