- Understand the design guiding principles with proper alignment with AXA Design main guidelines.
- Possess relevant experience in solution design, managing functional aspects and requirements.
- Ability to understand various functional contexts in the field of IT Service Management.
- Act as a subject matter expert on owned products/processes: translate business requirements and conceptual ideas into sketching rationale.
- Expertise in animation, prototyping, research, visual and interaction sketching into epics, user stories, and specifications.
- Functional and technical background.
- Manage proper alignment with the client.
- Assist in sketching and deployment of Silva products cost-effectively by analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements fulfilling business needs (detailed specs).
- Create or update documentation and training materials.
- Measure the impact of the required functionality on existing data and processes.
- Ensure proper alignment with Development and Testing teams.
- Understand and challenge prototyping and coding (at minimum, understand developments performed by the dev team).
- Update development status in the ServiceNow framework.
- Provide visibility on the design plan and current scope status.
- Act as Defect Assignee as per Silva Defect Management process guide.
- Act as Catalog Coordinator as per Silva Catalog Management process guide.
- Manage technical documentation and work instructions (How To) for IT operators and End Users.
- Understand functional requirements, propose product features, validate technical specifications, oversee development, ensure the product meets business needs, and provide functional support.
- Refine requirements to drive product development through Scrum/Agile techniques: translate requirements into user stories for ALM processing.
- Integrate internal and external product design inputs into a cohesive user experience (use cases).
- ITIL Certification would be a plus.
- Prerequisite: ServiceNow training (Sys Admin, Sys Admin Advanced).

- Process guides, handbooks, training materials, and How To documents.

- Reporting on all aspects of design, build, and implementation.
