As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Performing requirements analysis - establishing the problem statement, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs to prioritize gathered requirements while defining clear success metrics.
- Translating conceptual user needs into functional requirements clearly and effectively for seamless understanding by developers and project teams.
- Ensuring solutions align with business needs, fulfill requirements, create measurable impact, and tracking their status throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing relationships with subject matter experts and the core team effectively.
Do What You Love
To be successful in this role you will:
- 5-8 years Working experience in scoping, documenting use cases, process flows or swimlane diagrams, requirements etc.
- Hold qualifications in data or computer science or possess advanced educational credentials in a related field.
- Demonstrate expertise in the software development life cycle and experience using tools like JIRA and Confluence effectively.
- Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Be able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
