We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Analyst to work on cutting-edge AI-powered application initiatives in the banking and financial sector. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, enabling seamless design, development and implementation of AI-driven solutions. The role requires strong analytical and documentation skills, hands-on experience with technical requirements gathering and a background in delivering technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement GenAI-powered applications aligned with the organizational goals
- Gather, analyze, document and maintain business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring the business context is preserved throughout the development, testing and deployment phases
- Partnership with AI specialists and developers to ensure successful integration of AI/LLM-based solutions into existing business workflows
- Development of process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams and solution designs to articulate how technology solutions align with business objectives
- Assist in identifying potential risks, inefficiencies or ethical considerations associated with AI-driven implementations
- Facilitation of workshops, meetings and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions
- Provide guidance and domain expertise on banking/financial processes to ensure effective adoption of new technologies
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably working on technology-driven business transformation projects
- Background in requirements gathering, process analysis and solution documentation
- Proficiency in AI-powered technologies, large language models (LLMs) or other emerging technologies
- Understanding of banking/financial industries, with the ability to map AI-driven solutions to domain-specific use cases
- Capability to independently facilitate discussions and workshops, driving consensus among business and technical teams
- Skills in communication, stakeholder management and analytical thinking
Nice to have
- Familiarity with programming concepts such as Python or hands-on experience with APIs for understanding technical implementations
- Understanding of generative AI concepts such as prompt engineering, AI workflow integration or LLM deployment use cases
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Expertise in technical tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar project management systems
- Awareness of Responsible AI practices, including handling fairness, transparency and ethical AI development
