We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive innovative AI product development by bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment and impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes and requirements for AI-driven solutions
- Elicit and refine user stories and functional requirements in line with business objectives and technical feasibility
- Conduct problem definition and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for development teams
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to achieve shared understanding
- Maintain detailed business process documentation ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Support engineering teams in prioritizing and managing development backlogs for front-end and back-end components
Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience working with AI products, business analysis and solution implementation
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and consulting skills to manage expectations and drive consensus
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and its applications in AI product design
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Jira and Confluence for business and project management
- Understanding of automation, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies to support scalable solutions
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to ensure effective problem-solving
