Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI/Generative AI-powered healthcare solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Define and manage product backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Agile environments.
- Translate complex US Healthcare business requirements into scalable AI/LLM-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Teams, ML Engineers, and AI specialists for real-time model implementation and deployment.
- Lead the development of LLM-based intelligent automation, NLP-driven workflows, and decision-support systems.
- Design and implement AI-powered conversational interfaces and human-like interaction systems using Generative AI.
- Drive AI-led automation of unstructured data processing, clinical/business documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Develop context-aware AI systems for semantic search, summarization, and insight generation using LLM technologies.
- Enable AI copilots and augmentation tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with US Healthcare standards, including Payer/Provider processes, RCM, EHR/EMR, and HIPAA regulations.
- Actively contribute to the Agile delivery lifecycle, including sprint planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product releases.
Mandatory Qualifications (Strict Criteria)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or Product Management roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in the US Healthcare domain preferred, including:
- Payer and Provider operations
- Claims processing
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- EHR/EMR systems
- Deep hands-on expertise in Generative AI and LLMs, including:
- Proven experience working on production-grade Gen AI/LLM-based applications.
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and similar models.
- Experience with NLP, AI model integration, and conversational AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, model evaluation, and fine-tuning concepts.
- Demonstrated track record of building or contributing to AI/Gen AI-driven products, platforms, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
