You will play a pivotal role in migrating a complex, global financial services web presence from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with Edge Delivery Services (EDS).

What you'll be doing:

  • Requirements Lifecycle: Write highly structured user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, and detailed acceptance criteria that are clear for clients, actionable for Engineering, and traceable for QA.
  • AEM & Component Mapping: Document requirements for AEM component authoring workflows, structured content models, and EDS publishing patterns. Decompose content architecture into templates, components, and pages.
  • Migration Strategy: Map Drupal-to-AEM migration requirements, including structural data mapping, URL parity, SEO metadata continuity, and content governance rules.
  • Backlog Management: Own Jira backlog grooming, dependency tracking, and story readiness. Ensure all engineering questions are resolved well before sprint planning.
  • Sprint & UAT Support: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for requirement clarifications to keep engineering sprints unblocked. Guide client stakeholders through
  • UAT validation.

What we'd like to see:

  • Experience: 5- 8 years of BA experience delivering complex digital initiatives, with a strong track record on large-scale enterprise CMS engagements (AEM experience is
