Senior Business Analyst (8+ Yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant -Product Ownership and PreSales(BA) to join our team. As a Senior Consultant -Product Ownership and PreSales(BA), you will be responsible for leading Requirement workshops, project delivery and managing client interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, consulting, and extensive experience with Microsoft technologies. Additionally, the Senior Consultant -Product Ownership and PreSales(BA) should be ready to travel for short-term and long-term engagements as required.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their problem areas, requirements, and providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define workshop strategy and plan, project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Act as the product/solution owner and take end to end responsibilities.
• To serve as the principal conduit for managing system requirements between the business and the development team throughout the duration of a project.
• Lead the requirement workshops with the stakeholders, draft business requirement document, functional specs, user stories and get sign off from customer.
• Experience in drawing Use Case diagrams, business flow diagrams & UX designing.
• Lead the demo sessions to clients and their stakeholders to capture feedback.
• Engage in functional testing for the solution and be a gatekeeper of the product/solution quality.
• Manage the UAT and Go Live phase with a close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize expertise in Microsoft technologies to architect and implement solutions that meet client requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure project success.
• Lead the BU level initiatives to bring in industry best practices and bring in efficiency in delivery.
• Lead Pre-Sales/RFP process and contribute towards drafting and proposal submission to clients along with proposal approach, timelines, resource planning and commercials.
• Lead capability showcase/walkthrough sessions to prospective clients as a part of Presales.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance service offerings.
• Be ready to travel for short-term and long-term engagements as required.

What You'll Bring:

At least 8+ years of relevant work experience and proven track record

Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT + MBA/PGDBM (Marketing/Operations/Systems/IT)

Proven experience in project management and consulting roles.

Strong exposure to projects involving Microsoft technologies.

Exposure to waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions.

Strong presentation skills

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
