Senior Building Maintenance Engineer - Civil

Job Purpose: Lead and manage building maintenance, waterproofing, rehabilitation and refurbishment activities to ensure asset reliability, safety, quality and lifecycle enhancement

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective building maintenance programs.
• Conduct condition assessments and identify defects, leakages and structural deterioration.
• Lead waterproofing works / repair works for roofs, terraces, basements, wet areas, podiums, water bodies and water-retaining structures.
• Manage refurbishment, rehabilitation and restoration projects.
• Coordinate for BOQs, technical specifications and tender documents.
• Review the drawings, BOQ, specifications, methodology
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, costs and performance.
• Prepare and present weekly monthly progress reports to senior management
• Travel across India required, based on project and business requirements

Qualifications and Work Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• At least 15 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, refurbishment, and waterproofing repair works.
• Preferred experience with commercial buildings, IT parks, and facility management organizations.
