Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Visual Identity, Creative Direction, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of branding from both strategic and visual perspectives.
- Proven experience creating and evolving visual identity systems.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color systems, composition, grids, and brand guidelines.
- Ability to translate research and strategic thinking into compelling visual narratives.
- Experience working with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, storytelling, and creative strategy work.
- Understanding of audience behavior, cultural trends, and brand perception.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate closely with leadership and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Shape brand positioning, strategic thinking, and creative direction across brand and digital touchpoints.
- Conduct research and leverage audience insights to inform brand decisions and creative outputs.
