About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategist who can lead brand thinking and campaign direction for FMCG and D2C clients. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, content direction, and client collaboration, ensuring that every campaign, content plan, and creative output aligns with the brand's positioning and business objectives.
The ideal candidate comes from an advertising or digital marketing agency background and has experience translating business goals into clear brand narratives, campaign frameworks, and platform-first content strategies.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of strong experience in brand strategy or content planning within an advertising/digital agency.
- Proven experience working with FMCG and D2C brands.
- Ability to translate insights into clear campaign ideas and communication frameworks.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience collaborating with creative, content, and account management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand positioning and content strategy for FMCG and D2C clients.
- Develop campaign frameworks, communication territories, and content directions.
- Translate client briefs and business goals into clear strategic insights.
- Work closely with content strategists, copywriters, and creative teams to guide campaign execution.
- Collaborate with client servicing teams to align strategy with timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Conduct research on category trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform brand direction.
- Build strategic decks, campaign narratives, and presentations for client discussions.
