About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, insight-driven Brand Strategist to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of culture, communication, and creativity — ideal for someone who thinks brand-first and thrives in the F&B and lifestyle space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business objectives into clear brand positioning and strategy
- Lead research, competitor mapping, and audience insights to inform creative and content development
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Support development of brand guidelines, tone of voice documents, and campaign strategy decks
- Contribute to content planning and brand storytelling frameworks
- Monitor cultural trends, industry shifts, and audience behavior to keep brands culturally relevant
- Assist in new business pitches and brand presentations
Who We're Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in branding, strategy, or marketing (agency or brand side)
- A strong communicator with an eye for narrative, detail, and design sensibility
- Passionate about food, culture, lifestyle, and consumer behavior
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Great with content writing — from brand voice to sharp copy across formats
- Significant experience with Marketing & Curation for experiences is a bonus.
