- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute a holistic brand strategy that aligns with business objectives and growth
plans.
- Establish brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels, touchpoints, and
projects.
- Creative Direction
- Guide the creative team on high-impact campaigns, videos, brochures, hoardings, social
media creatives, and experience centers.
- Collaborate with design, content, and external agencies to maintain a premium and innovative
brand feel.
- Content & Communication
- Define the brand tone and messaging framework for internal and external communication.
- Oversee the creation of compelling narratives, taglines, and campaigns for product launches
and brand initiatives.
- Digital & Social Brand Presence
- Amplify Maa Homes presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and relevant
real estate forums.
- Oversee influencer partnerships, PR strategy, and online reputation management.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor branding strategies and stay ahead of design, language, and lifestyle
trends in the real estate and luxury space.
- Leadership & Team Building
- Lead, mentor, and expand the branding team. Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales,
and product to ensure alignment.
