Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Lead brand strategy, annual planning, and positioning to build long-term brand equity. Handling the entire category , p&l . Serve as the custodian of brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone, design, packaging, and experiences. - Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns spanning digital, experiential, cultural collaborations and more. - Drive consumer, category, and cultural understanding to shape innovation and communication. - Partner with R&D, design, creative, media, PR, and experiential agencies to deliver premium brand experiences. - Manage Category growth while optimizing budgets. - Work closely with sales and trade marketing to ensure strong in-market visibility & execution. - Track brand health, share, awareness, and preference metrics and translate learnings into action. Qualifications & Experience - MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related discipline preferred. - 8–12+ years of experience managing brands within FMCG, beverages, alcobev, or lifestyle categories. - Exposure to premium / lifestyle / aspirational brands is a Must. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, premium pricing, and design-first thinking. - Proven ability to manage agencies and lead integrated brand-building campaigns.
