What will you create and do
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to support Brand Marketing and GTM initiatives through compelling storytelling, industry research, and high-impact marketing assets.
In this role, you will collaborate with brand, product, marketing, and sales teams to translate complex product capabilities into clear, engaging narratives. You will play a key role in shaping brand positioning, improving customer engagement, and driving business growth through strategic content and messaging.
What will qualify you for this role
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Content Strategy / Product Marketing
- Strong storytelling and content development skills across formats (blogs, decks, videos, web)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing)
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and GTM strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging
- Experience in creating sales enablement assets (pitch decks, presentations, etc.)
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and research
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS / Tech industry
- Exposure to brand positioning and messaging frameworks
- Experience in scriptwriting for videos and product storytelling
- Familiarity with website content management and optimization
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor positioning
Key Responsibilities
Industry & Market Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Translate insights into thought leadership and brand narratives
- Support market positioning and messaging strategies
Content Development
- Create high-quality content such as blogs, articles, and marketing copy
- Develop compelling brand storytelling aligned with company voice
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance
Sales Enablement
- Develop and refine sales decks, presentations, and customer-facing materials
- Partner with sales teams to communicate value propositions effectively
- Continuously improve assets based on feedback and insights
Product Storytelling & Video Scripts
- Write scripts for product demos and marketing videos
- Translate product features into customer-centric benefits
- Ensure alignment with brand positioning
Website Content & Updates
- Manage and update website content based on product and campaign changes
- Optimize pages for clarity, engagement, and consistency
- Collaborate with GTM and creative teams
AI-Driven Content & Creative Production
- Leverage AI tools for content research, creation, and asset development
- Improve speed and efficiency of marketing output while maintaining quality
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with brand, product, marketing, and leadership teams
- Manage multiple projects and meet timelines effectively
