We're looking for a strategic, creative, and business-savvy Senior Brand Manager to lead marquee campaigns, mentor teams, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction. What You'll Do

• Manage multiple high-profile client accounts end-to-end.
• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells & overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve & exceed campaign KPIs.
• Lead ideation, planning, execution & optimisation of marquee campaigns.
• Write effective, research-backed creative briefs.
• Negotiate with clients, vendors, and partners to crack win–win deals.
• Manage PnL for assigned brands.
• Liaise with third-party vendors, influencers & partner firms.
• Keep abreast with mainline & digital industry trends.
• Mentor Brand Managers & trainees to help them excel.
• Pitch ideas, products, innovations & creatives to clients.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in a mainline and/or digital agency (top agency experience preferred).
• Proven work with reputed, big-name clients.
• Exceptional ideation skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation & communication abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of social media, digital marketing & online advertising.
• Degree or diploma in Mass Media, Marketing, or Advertising (digital certifications a plus).
