About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Brand Manager with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a marketing or creative agency. If you're a multitasker, trend watcher, ideation lover, and client whisperer — this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client management and internal coordination across assigned brand mandates.
- Act as the central liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Contribute creative input on campaigns and ideas, using your direct experience in managing and engaging with online audiences.
- Manage multiple client accounts with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upselling, and overall client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to understand and meet client goals.
- Analyze campaign metrics and consistently exceed client objectives.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve workflows and internal processes.
- Attend and cover client events as needed (they're a lot of fun — we promise!).
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, influencers, and partner agencies for campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends, topicals, reels, and viral content formats.
- Ideate on campaigns, trending formats, and brand strategies for both B2B and B2C brands.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably with a digital/social/creative/advertising agency.
- Proven experience in brand ideation and campaign development.
- Working knowledge of B2B and B2C brand communication.
- Familiarity with client pitches and proposal processes (preferred).
- Strong creative acumen and a natural flair for trends and storytelling.
- Prior experience in handling client servicing, presentations, and reporting.
Technical Skills Required
- Excellent command over English (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Basic understanding of digital media strategies and tools.
- Competent in preparing presentations, conducting meetings, and managing deliverables.
Qualification
- Graduate or holder of a UGC-recognized Diploma in Mass Media, Marketing Communication, Advertising, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 1 year of agency experience is mandatory.
