Senior Brand Manager - B2B

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and business-savvy Senior Brand Manager to lead integrated B2B brand and marketing campaigns, mentor teams, and deliver strong business impact for enterprise and growth-stage clients. What You'll Do
- Manage multiple high-profile B2B client accounts end-to-end across industries.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, media, and performance teams to achieve and exceed campaign KPIs aligned to business goals such as lead generation, demand creation, and brand authority.
- Lead ideation, planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated B2B campaigns across digital, content, and selective mainline touchpoints.
- Develop clear, insight-driven creative and communication briefs rooted in B2B audience understanding.
- Negotiate with clients, vendors, publishers, and partners to create win-win commercial outcomes.
- Manage PnL and budgets for assigned B2B brands and accounts.
- Liaise with third-party vendors, platforms, influencers, and partner firms relevant to the B2B ecosystem.
- Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, platforms, formats, and industry best practices.
- Mentor Brand Managers and trainees to build strong account management and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Pitch ideas, solutions, innovations, and integrated marketing approaches to senior client stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in a mainline and/or digital agency, with strong exposure to B2B accounts.
- Hands-on experience working with reputed B2B, enterprise, or SaaS brands is a strong plus.
- Strong strategic and ideation skills with a clear understanding of B2B buyer journeys.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of social media, digital marketing, content, and performance marketing in a B2B context.
- Degree or diploma in Mass Media, Marketing, or Advertising (digital and B2B certifications are a plus).
