We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join one of India's fastest-growing food brands. If you've worked with FMCG, D2C, or consumer brands and have hands-on experience in brand building, product launches, and GTM strategy, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing
- Own and drive end-to-end brand marketing initiatives
- Lead product launches and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Develop brand positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing campaings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Creative, and Operations.
- Leverage consumer insights and market research to shape brand strategy.
- Manage ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer-led marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, content creators, and media partners.
- Drive growth across D2C and Quick Commerce channels.
We're Looking
- 5-10 years of experience in Brand Marketing.
- Experience working with FMCG, Food, Consumer Goods, or D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and brand strategy
- Proven experience in product launches and GTM execution.
- Hands-on experience in integrated marketing campaigns
- Exposure to Quick Commerce and/or D2C channels is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
