This is a senior brand role for someone who has already worked on building, not just marketing, a brand someone who understands storytelling, scale, and long-term brand equity in a D2C environment.
The mandate
- Own brand strategy, positioning, and narrative as the business scales
- Lead integrated brand campaigns across digital, influencer, ATL/BTL
- Drive GTM strategy for new product launches
- Partner closely with founders, product, design, and growth teams
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone, and visual language across all touchpoints
- Translate consumer insight into sharp, differentiated brand decisions
Who this is for
- 58 years in brand marketing with high-quality D2C / FMCG / consumer brands
- Strong exposure to campaign-led brand building, not purely performance marketing
- Someone comfortable operating in founder-led, high-ownership environments
- Experience in food, nutrition, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus
