About The Role
The Sr. Brand Executive will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of brand initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, agencies, and sales teams to ensure effective market implementation. The role requires strong project management, analytical thinking, and execution capabilities to strengthen brand presence and support category growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead the execution of key brand initiatives and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives and implement brand/product changes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on brand elements, POSMs, artworks, creatives, and packaging requirements.
- Lead the development and procurement of brand collaterals and marketing materials.
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, including coordination on estimates, billing, artwork development, and language adaptations.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and CTMMs to plan and execute brand activation programs and related market activities.
- Monitor and execute on-ground activations that are critical for category development and consumer engagement.
- Collect, manage, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and actionable opportunities.
- Initiate and coordinate market research activities including concept testing, post-launch evaluation, creative recall, and product efficacy studies for insight generation.
- Track competitor activities across product launches, pricing, consumer offers, ATL/BTL campaigns, and recommend corrective actions or strategic responses where required.
- Partner with agency teams to ensure business objectives and consumer insights are communicated effectively and implemented in a timely manner.
