We are looking for a D2C Expert with strong brand management experience to lead and grow direct-to-consumer brands across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing D2C businesses, driving brand growth, and working closely with creative, performance, and client servicing teams in an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand management for D2C clients across digital channels
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
- Work closely with creative, performance marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent brand communication
- Oversee campaign planning, launches, and optimizations across paid and owned platforms
- Analyze consumer insights, sales data, and campaign performance to drive actionable recommendations
- Manage marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato etc.) and website brand presence where applicable
- Ensure brand tonality, visual identity, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints
- Present strategies, performance updates, and insights to internal teams and clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in D2C brand management, digital marketing, or growth roles
- Strong understanding of the D2C ecosystem, consumer behavior, and online sales funnels
- Experience working with digital campaigns, performance marketing, and brand storytelling
- Ability to interpret data, metrics, and reports to guide decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment preferred
Good to Have
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Familiarity with marketplaces, CRM tools, and analytics platforms
- Understanding of influencer marketing and content-led growth
- Exposure to launch campaigns and scale-up brands
