Senior Brand Designer

Responsibilities:

● Create, maintain, and manage visual systems, brand identity, production quality, and style guides.

● Lead and manage the Branding and Graphic Design teams to ensure high-quality creative output.

● Create branding concepts, logos, social media creatives, website visuals, and marketing collateral.

● Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.

● Create and maintain a library of design assets including logos, icons, templates, and brand elements.

● Understand and interpret client requirements into effective creative and design solutions.

● Drive, manage, and track projects through each milestone to successful completion.

● Develop and manage project plans and coordinate with internal creative teams.

● Review and approve creative deliverables while maintaining quality standards.

● Manage clients and their expectations to ensure high satisfaction with project deliverables.

● Understand project briefs and drive requirement elaboration with team members.

● Guide and mentor junior designers

● Create designs by understanding business requirements and gathering user feedback.

● Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, concepts, and visual strategies.

 Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in Branding and Graphic Design.

● Experience working in a digital marketing agency is mandatory.

● Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.

● Leadership experience in handling creative/design teams is preferred.

● Experience in client management.
