Senior Branch Managers

We are looking for Senior Branch Managers who have got at least 10 plus years of experience in Managing Branches. The incumbent should be able to achieve the targets assigned to the branch. He will be well supported by the Business heads and Area Managers. Salary will commensurate with Experience and Qualifications.

Responsibilities

Achieving the Business targets assigned to the branch for various types of Loans and Fixed deposits.

Manage the branch staff and ensure proper training is given to them for attaining the targets

Be responsible in dealing each product like PL, LAP, Two wheeler loans. Four Wheeler loans, & Gold loan

A leader who can contribute to the success of the branch

Candidate should have ability to handle two or three customer facilitation center under him.

Qualifications

10 plus years of experience as Branch Manager

Good verbal and written communication knowledge

Knowledge about various LOANS , DEPOSITS, RECURRING DEPOSITS & SAVINGS ACCT

Candidates who have worked in Credit society, Banks and NBFC preferred

Good in producing different MIS and doing presentations to Management
