Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Drive revenue and profitability through branch-based sales and cross-selling of products.
  • Develop and execute branch-level business plans.
  • Identify local market opportunities and build strategic partnerships.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure smooth functioning of daily branch operations in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor risk, audit, and compliance processes; implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Oversee cash management, branch safety, and administrative procedures.

Team Leadership & Performance:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers, sales officers, and operations staff.
  • Set performance goals, monitor achievements, and implement training or corrective plans.
  • Foster a customer-first culture and ensure high employee engagement.

Customer Experience:

  • Resolve high-level customer escalations and queries with prompt and effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Ensure a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 712 years of experience in branch banking, financial services, or retail operations, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.
