Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Senior Branch Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing branch operations, driving business growth, managing and mentoring team members, and ensuring operational compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Senior Branch Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales and service targets set by the company.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of banking and financial regulations, particularly within the NBFC or MSME sectors
• Data analysis, operational planning, and performance monitoring abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and implement strategic initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a senior managerial role in the financial services industry is advantageous
