Role Description The Senior Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Amend Dental clinic in its various branches (Kanjangad, Edapal, Kottakkal & Perinthalmana)
This role oversees daily branch operations, including patient flow management, appointment scheduling, and coordination between clinical and administrative teams. The Senior Branch Manager ensures consistent service quality, monitors performance metrics, and implements policies that support patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring staff, managing budgets and resources, handling escalated patient concerns, and supporting local marketing and community outreach initiatives. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong leadership, and close collaboration with clinic leadership to drive operational excellence and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in branch or clinic management, preferably within healthcare or dental services.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, including team supervision, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Solid operational and administrative abilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Demonstrated capability in customer service, conflict resolution, and handling escalated concerns with professionalism.
- Basic understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and patient confidentiality standards.
- Comfort with using clinic management software and standard office applications; willingness to learn new systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
