Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Roorkee for a Senior BPC Resource. The role involves managing and optimizing business planning and consolidation processes, ensuring effective resource allocation, and providing training to team members. The Senior BPC Resource will also handle client interactions, analyze business data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making. The position requires collaboration across teams and adherence to best practices in customer service and communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret, evaluate, and resolve complex business planning and consolidation issues.
- Excellent Communication abilities for articulating insights, engaging with clients, and fostering collaborative team environments.
- Proficient in Customer Service practices to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Experience in Resource Management to optimize team and operational efficiency.
- Capability to deliver Training effectively and mentor team members for continued skill development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems.
- Prior experience working in a senior-level business planning or financial consolidation role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI-driven digital transformation technologies is a plus.
