- Perform hands-on development of complex, highly scalable, and high-volume integrations using Boomis visual interface builder.
- Provide day to day support of Boomi platform.
- Troubleshoot production incidents related to integration processes, process flows, APIs.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including design specifications, and process flows.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Experience collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand integration requirements.
- Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders to define, implement and support system interfaces.
- Ability to share knowledge, coach and train other colleagues with less experience.
- Identifies gaps and analyzes downstream impacts of business requirements, makes recommendations for improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend system upgrades, software installations, and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement and support technology solutions, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to security protocols.
- Responsible for working with platform support on critical service requests and product enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 4 or more years of Boomi developer experience required.
- Bachelors degree with at least 6 or more years of technology or industry experience required
- Experience in developing complex, highly scalable, and high-volume integrations using Boomis visual interface builder.
- Proficiency in creating Boomi processes, including using data mapping, transformation, business rules, catch building, process routes to achieve seamless data flow.
- Strong understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) to connect to Oracle HCM cloud and third-party systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
- Experience with developing and implementing error handling, logging, and notification mechanisms to ensure the reliability of integration solutions.
- Experience with version control and managing the deployment of integration processes across different environments (e.g., development, testing, production).
- Understanding and Knowledge of JSON, XML, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width) using Java script and various protocols like SFTP, HTTP etc.
- Strong collaboration skills while working with SMEs, and business users/ stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop requirements and defend systems capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dell Boomi Professional or Architect certification would be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.
