Responsibilities:
- Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Support access audits, reporting, and troubleshooting using relational databases.
- Utilize Bash & Unix shell scripting for automating operational tasks, log parsing, and system monitoring.
- Manage cron jobs, file manipulation, and process control in Unix/Linux environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate security checks into automated workflows.
- Apply SRE principles such as observability, incident response, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
- Maintain high-availability systems and reduce toil through automation.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems, networking basics, web applications, and databases.
Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of experience relevant experience of 1 to 2 years.
- Experience with ITSM SLOs and volume management reduction of work orders through RCA and problem management.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
