Knowledge of working in REVIT environment inclusive of Steel/Concrete/Point cloud/Pre-cast/ Cast in situ working models.
Agreeing drawing strategy, type and size of drawings and drawing numbering with project engineer and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure efficient methods of working.
12+ years of experience of working on projects of various sizes, independently and as part of a project team
Experience of working on a number of projects across different sectors
Knowledge of both Structural and Architecture disciplines.
Develop and model building elements using Structural drawings/PDF's or hand drafts in REVIT software.
Should have a good experience in 2D Reinforcement drafting and specifications/Bar bending schedules. 3D reinforcement modeling experience is a plus.
Good working knowledge of REVIT Structures with latest versions, able to use all standard functions on the software without requiring support from seniors and coach junior staff in its use.
Setting up of Automation/Dynamo activities wherever needed and possible to do so.
Setting up BIM models to the project standards and liaising with Model Managers from client side.
Work with a small team of resources to execute a project.
Assisting CAD/BIM Manager in Estimation and Costing of CAD/BIM projects based on client's inputs.
Swiftly able to switch on to working on various tools for Preparing detail/design drawings for structures depending on priority of works.
Good understanding of working for international offices and standards
Good knowledge of industry standards and international codes
