Senior BIM Specialist

About The Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon, India. In this role, you will lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and best practices for the organization
• Oversee the creation and management of 3D models using advanced BIM software
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and consistent BIM implementation
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in multi-disciplinary models
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize project outcomes
• Analyze and report on BIM data to support decision-making and improve efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in BIM
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in BIM models
• Participate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in BIM implementation and management
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong skills in 3D modeling and visualization
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and best practices
• Proven experience in project coordination and management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry, building codes, and regulations
• Experience working in architectural, engineering, or construction firms
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
