Key Responsibilities
• Lead Revit MEP modelling for MEP services
• Develop models to the required LOD in line with the BIM Execution Plan
• Run inter-discipline co-ordination and clash detection in Navisworks and resolve issues
• Generate drawings, schedules and quantities from the model
• Guide and review the work of BIM Modellers
Skills & Requirements
• Expert in Autodesk Revit MEP, including family creation and worksharing
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks
• Understanding of MEP systems and design coordination
• Experience on GCC projects preferred
