Key Responsibilities
• Lead Revit modelling of landscape and site elements, including terrain, hardscape, planting, furniture and structures
• Develop and maintain BIM models to the required LOD in line with the BIM Execution Plan
• Co-ordinate the landscape model with architectural, structural and MEP models; run clash detection and resolve issues
• Extract drawings, schedules and quantities from the model
• Guide and review the work of BIM Modellers
Skills & Requirements
• Expert in Autodesk Revit; strong knowledge of families, parametric content and worksharing
• Working knowledge of Navisworks; Dynamo or Rhino/Grasshopper is an advantage
• Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM workflows
• Prior landscape or site modelling experience strongly preferred
