About the Role

We are looking for experienced MEP BIM professionals who can independently develop accurate, coordinated, and execution-ready BIM models for large-scale projects.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Revit, coordination understanding, and practical project delivery exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed MEPF BIM models using Revit

- Interpret design drawings, markups, and project inputs accurately

- Generate coordinated shop drawings and documentation

- Perform clash detection using Navisworks

- Coordinate with architecture, structure, and other disciplines

- Maintain BIM standards, LOD requirements, and QA/QC compliance

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP

- Navisworks coordination knowledge

- Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination workflows
