Role - Senior BIM Modeler / Coordinator - Mechanical
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical BIM Modeler / Coordinator to join our growing team and lead the delivery of high-quality BIM models on major projects across the UAE/GCC.
Work Location: Bengaluru (WFO)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 7-15 years of BIM experience, with proven project delivery in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination.
- Experience with UAE authority approvals is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and manage LOD 350 Mechanical BIM models with precision and accuracy.
- Lead BIM coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary workflows.
- Develop and manage BIM data using Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, and BIM 360 / ACC.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support local authority submissions and ensure compliance with UAE building codes
