Senior/ BIM Manager

Brief Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of BIM standards across projects. Lead and mentor BIM Modellers within project teams. Champion the use of BIM technology in project execution. Plan and coordinate BIM resources and training initiatives. Participate in relevant committees, including the BIM Centre of Excellence (CoE). Collaborate with the BIM Implementation Manager on tasks and contract management related to BIM. Create and manage the BIM Project Execution Plan. Establish and oversee the IDD workflow specific to the discipline within projects. Design Revit templates tailored to the needs of design teams. Conduct audits on the project team's BIM execution. Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination, including 4D phase planning and 5D cost estimation. Collaborate with various disciplines to address design changes and modeling issues. Prepare discipline-specific models and content for BIM Coordination Meetings. Serve as a helpdesk resource for resolving BIM-related issues. Integrate BIM/Revit solutions into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodologies. Stay updated on the latest advancements in BIM technology and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in building information modeling. Proven ability to lead and manage BIM projects effectively. Strong understanding of Revit and other BIM software tools. Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and project execution planning. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
