Senior BIM Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BIM Engineer, based in Ahmedabad. The Senior BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models, ensuring coordination among different disciplines, and performing clash detection for projects. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the conversion of point cloud data to BIM, supervising Revit family creation, and preparing detailed construction documentation. The role also involves managing and mentoring a team to ensure timely and quality project deliveries.

• Proficiency in BIM Modeling, including BIM Coordination and Clash Detection practices
• Experience with Scan to BIM workflows and Point Cloud to BIM Modeling
• Expertise in Revit, including Revit Family Creation and other advanced features
• Strong skills in CAD Drafting, Construction Documentation, and As-Built Modeling
• Knowledge of 3D Rendering techniques and creating Walkthroughs
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, manage projects, and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and practices is a plus
