Job Description:- Review and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Piping, and Fire Protection BIM models.
- Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality BIM project deliverables for MEP & Fire Protection disciplines.
- Coordinate BIM projects and ensure compliance with company standards and workflows.
- Manage BIM processes, including worksets, shared parameters, templates, sheets, and naming conventions.
- Audit and review models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
- Create Revit families, templates, and system components.
- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, quantity take-offs, and material schedules.
- Perform clash detection and create search sets using Navisworks Manage.
- Coordinate with BIM Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to process improvements and team development.
Education & Background:- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Relevant BIM/Revit certifications will be an added advantage.
Skills & Proficiencies:- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, and Collaboration for Revit.
- Strong knowledge of MEP & Fire Protection BIM workflows.
- Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM standards.
- Ability to prepare shop drawings and quantity take-offs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and teamwork abilities.
Only candidates with 2-4 years of experience in BIM (MEP & Fire Protection), Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination should apply.
