About the Role
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer/Sr.BIM Engineer/BIM Coordinator (MEP) to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MEP BIM modeling, coordination, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams using industry-standard tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy.
- Utilize BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud) for model coordination and data management.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation in line with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
- Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts proactively.
- Maintain proper model documentation and version control.
- Proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit (MEP)
- Navisworks
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
