Role Description

We are seeking a Junior BIM Architect to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time on-site role, and the chosen candidate will contribute to a range of tasks, including developing architectural and construction drawings, creating building information models (BIM), participating in design processes, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of submittals. The role involves collaboration and communication with clients and project teams to meet project goals and adhere to timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related software
• Experience creating and interpreting Construction Drawings and Submittals
• Knowledge of technical documentation and standards required for high-quality AEC deliverables
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a must
• Experience with software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
• Team collaboration and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with global AEC standards and processes is a plus
• 12+ years of experience in the relevant industry is a must
• Experience of working on Middle East project is a plus
