Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Billing Engineer to join our team who is responsible for managing all billing-related activities for construction projects, including the preparation and verification of RA bills, subcontractor bills, and final bills. The role ensures accurate documentation, alignment with contract terms, and timely submission of all billing records in coordination with project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify RA bills, subcontractor bills, and final invoices

Cross-check quantities based on site measurements and drawings

Ensure billing is in line with BOQ, contract conditions, and approved changes

Maintain proper documentation of bills, approvals, and cost-related records

Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and accounts team for billing updates

Support in rate analysis and material reconciliation as needed

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Applications from other domain will not be considered.

Experience

Minimum 3 years to 10 years of experience as a Billing Engineer.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of construction billing procedures and BOQ analysis.

Knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, and contract management.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Knowledge in MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage.
