Key Responsibilities:
- Handle End-to-End US Billing processes
- Perform Time & Material (T&M) Billing activities
- Manage Milestone Billing and Lump Sum Billing
- Ensure accurate invoice generation and client billing
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for billing validations
- Maintain billing accuracy and meet SLA timelines
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
- Prepare billing reports and MIS updates
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in US Billing
- Hands-on experience in:
- End-to-End Billing
- Time & Material Billing
- Milestone Billing
- Lump Sum Billing
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in US shifts
Additional Requirement for Supervisor / Team Lead:
- Team handling or mentoring experience preferred
- Experience in process management and stakeholder coordination
