What This Job Involves
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Travel Billing. Provides support to travel billing team ensures data provided is in order and on timely basis.
Major Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Be a point of contact for all travel billing related queries Accounting team, Tax team, AP team, TERA and Vendor management team.
- Support card team on queries related to CTA/BTA Air travel transactions
- Support PO creation
- Reconciliation of CTA/BTA statements, refunds and cancelled/unutilized tickets.
- Vendor dispute resolution and follow ups
- Ensure compliance, audit and cost savings
- Assisting in vendor setup and global entity setup
Support regional team on Travel Billing Related Initiatives
Analytical skills, problem solving, MS (excel, word,); good communication (written and verbal) in English

Education And Experience
- Experience in travel management
- Understanding of travel procurement, travel RFPs/tenders in various categories; ability to analyze travel data reports
- Familiarity with pricing and contracts with travel suppliers
- Innovative thinking and bias for action balanced with a strong customer and quality focus
- Good relationship building with internal customers and suppliers
- Utilize professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside the company
At least 5 years in travel related industries (travel management company, hotel, airline)
- Education: Minimum Diploma
