Senior BI / Data Analytics Tech Lead.1
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of data pipelines, data models, and BI solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance for Snowflake-based data platform development.
- Ensure best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and BI reporting.
- Solution Delivery
- Oversee development of Power BI dashboards, datasets, and paginated reports.
- Design scalable dbt-based data transformation models within Snowflake.
- Implement CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with business stakeholders across Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, IT, Fulfillment, and Executive teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.
- Team Leadership
- Provide technical mentorship to BI developers and data engineers.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, development practices, and data governance guidelines.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and development activities.
- Platform Oversight
- Ensure efficient integration of automation and orchestration tools including:
- Azure Functions
- Azure Logic Apps
- Power Automate
- Workflow orchestration tools
- Required Technical Skills (High Proficiency)
