Senior Beverage Innovation Specialist

Location: Delhi

CTC Range: 8-10 Lakhs (depending on experience and the current CTC)

Experience: 6-10 years (Mixology/Bartending/Beverage Development)

Department: Beverage Innovation / Product Development

At Swa Artisanal Syrups, we craft natural, small-batch syrups using real ingredients no artificial flavors, no shortcuts. Our syrups are designed for cafs, restaurants, bars, hotels, and beverage creators who want to craft exceptional drinks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead beverage innovation and recipe development using Swa syrups across cocktails, mocktails, caf beverages, and specialty drinks.
  • Design and develop signature beverage programs for partner cafs, restaurants, hotels, and bars.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams to develop and test new syrup flavors and beverage applications.
  • Conduct advanced training sessions and masterclasses for bartenders, baristas, and HoReCa partners.
  • Support the sales team with high-value client pitches, tastings, and menu collaborations.
  • Lead product launches, brand activations, and beverage showcases at events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
  • Monitor global beverage trends, flavor innovations, and consumer preferences to guide product strategy.
  • Develop standardized recipes and beverage manuals for partner outlets.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Number of innovative beverage recipes and concepts launched
  • Adoption of beverage menus across partner HoReCa accounts
  • Contribution to new flavor development and product innovation
  • Client engagement and training sessions conducted
  • Support for brand visibility through events and beverage showcases.

Requirements

  • 610 years of experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, Beverage Consultant, or Beverage Development Specialist.
  • Proven expertise in cocktail creation, mocktail development, and beverage menu design.
  • Strong knowledge of flavor pairing, ingredients, and beverage techniques.
  • Experience working with HoReCa clients (bars, hotels, cafs, restaurants).
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and training skills.
  • Passion for experimentation, creativity, and beverage craftsmanship.
