About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Benefits Specialist to drive the design, harmonization, and administration of benefits programs across multiple countries. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned to the global Total Rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and harmonize benefits programs across countries
- Define global benefits policies, governance, and roadmap
- Design and benchmark competitive benefits offerings
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendors
- Lead renewals, negotiations, and cost optimization
- Administer global bonus cycles (calculation, validation, payouts)
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax frameworks
- Analyze costs, trends, and provide reporting to stakeholders
- Support communication and change initiatives
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Benefits roles
- Experience in international / multi-country environments
- Strong analytical & numerical skills (Excel required)
- Experience with benefits programs and variable compensation
- Good knowledge of HRIS / payroll systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English

- Experience with global benefits harmonization projects
