Job Responsibility- Independently configure and implement new pension plans using the Milliman Pension Calculation System.
- Provide ongoing support for production issues, bug fixes, and system enhancements, including new plan amendments.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support business requirements and improve system performance.
- Lead plan-level discussions with counterpart, documenting requirements, observations, and action items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and timely implementation.
- Design and execute unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure system quality and accuracy.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies to enhance business processes and system capabilities.
Desired Qualification And Experience- B. Tech/MCA/Graduate in Computer Science
- Knowledge of the Defined Benefits (DB) domain is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
