Job Title: Senior Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Shift: EST Timings

About the Role:
MIT-Staffing is expanding and building a strong Bench Sales team with senior-level professionals. We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Senior Bench Sales Recruiters who have deep expertise in marketing IT consultants and delivering successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and market bench consultants across all IT technologies
Strong vendor/client network and ability to submit consultants to matching requirements
Manage end-to-end placement cycle: sourcing, marketing, negotiations & onboarding
Maintain excellent relationships with vendors, clients & consultants
Ensure timely updates and reporting to management
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of US IT Bench Sales experience
Strong knowledge of working with OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC & USC consultants
Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work onsite during EST Time Zone
Must be willing to undergo and clear background verification
